Emergency Phone for Water Issues:

About Us

The Bobcat Meadows Metropolitan District was formed in May of 1998 by the original developer as a Colorado Title 32 Special District to provide water service exclusively for the Southfork subdivision. The district holds the water access rights to the Arapahoe and Laramie Fox Hill Aquifers for the entire development (individual owners may not have wells). The district has the power to incur indebtedness and impose property taxes for the operation of the district.

The district is controlled by an elected board. To participate in voting for the board or to become a board member, individuals must:

  1. Be a registered voter of the state of Colorado and
  2. a) be a resident of the district for not less than 32 days or b) own property within the district.
